Supporting education, science and research projects and expeditions, or as stand-alone journeys, I am a passionate polar, river and backcountry ski guide and field survival expert with safety, logistics, environmental knowledge and first nations knowledge in these environments:

  • Sandstone canyons, Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage area
  • Australian Alps
  • Tasmania's World Heritage-listed area including takayna/Tarkine

Safety is paramount, backed by qualification and experience in:
  • American Institute Avalanche Research and Education (AIARE), level 1
  • Nordic and Telemark ski instructor (Australian Professional Snowsports Instructor)
  • Swiftwater Responder technician (Swiftwater Safety Institute)
  • Environmental Science (Bach Ed, Uni Melb)
  • Wilderness First Responder and CPR current, 2018.
  • Outdoor Recreation trainer and assessor (TAFE Australia)
